Experienced practice support, without the hassle.

I'm Kate Elliott, founder of Elliott Practice Support.

I've worked within private healthcare practices and have hands-on experience with practice administration, Cliniko, insurance billing, payment reconciliation, credit control and debt recovery.

I've also worked as a Practice Manager across two clinics and been involved in setting up a new practice, giving me a real understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a busy healthcare business.

I've worked with insurers including Bupa, AXA, WPA and Vitality, and understand the importance of keeping the whole process moving — from appointment through to payment — so aged debt stays low and cash flow stays healthy.

My aim is simple: to make your practice easier to run.
